Why I did this
Checkout sometimes needs information beyond the standard contact and address fields. I built a configurable extension so those questions can follow the needs of the order.

How I did it
The plugin supports several field types, placement in personal or billing sections, required rules and product or cart-total conditions. Server-side sanitisation and validation connect the submitted values to order metadata.
Help people complete the form.
Native-field helper text and presentation settings extend the existing checkout fields as well.
Outcomes
The plugin is used in the DASy checkout configuration for fields such as salutation, affiliation and department. The interface brings field options, placement, required rules, optional customer metadata and helper text into one editor.
