Why I did this
Project information becomes hard to follow when updates, requests and documents live in separate places. I built a focused workspace around what the team and client each need to see and do.
Give clients a clear view of progress.
The Client timeline shows the delivery plan without exposing Admin controls.
How I did it
Each SEO client gets its own configuration and deployment, built with Workers, D1 and Access authentication. Server-side audience rules separate the Admin controls from the Client view.
Keep relevant documents close.
Document groups are filtered by audience on the server.
Outcomes
One workspace brings delivery, shared inputs and documents together for each SEO engagement. These screenshots show the real application running locally with the Axiom configuration, in Admin and Client roles; account emails are redacted.
